Endowment funds provide the Day School with money for scholarships and academic programs that enable us to provide a highly challenging and enriched educational experience for our students.

Through a variety of funds, and many attractive giving techniques, you can take care of our school today, while also guaranteeing its future. Here are a few of the ways that you can help us to continue our mission of “Learning for a Lifetime”:

• Make an outright gift of cash or appreciated stock.

• Leave a legacy in your will.

• Set up a trust where you and your spouse can get the income for life, get a tax deduction now, and provide a bequest for the N.E. Miles Jewish Day School when you are gone.

• Give a life insurance policy to the N.E. Miles Jewish Day School.  You can gift an existing policy, or take out a policy with us as the beneficiary.  Once you assign the policy to the Foundation, your premium payments become tax-deductible gifts to the Birmingham Jewish Foundation.
